TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. Start Date: 10/26/2026, Duration: 13 weeks, 48 hours per week, Shift: 12 hours, nights. Employment Type: Travel.

The PCU Travel Nurse will care for patients requiring close monitoring but not ICU care, using monitors and equipment to detect changes and intervene. ACLS, BLS, NIH, and 2 years of acute care experience are required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• NIH certification.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care; stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions.
