Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a PCU travel nurse to join our team for an assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. The role involves caring for patients in the progressive care unit with close monitoring and frequent assessment throughout 12-hour night shifts.

This travel position runs for 13 weeks with a 36-hour work week, starting 09/14/2026. Candidates should have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and hold ACLS and BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• Travel nursing experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor and interpret patient data and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and document responses.
• Set up and monitor equipment and IVs; respond to adverse events.
