Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. The PCU RN will monitor patients needing close observation, administer medications, and manage IVs in a fast-paced unit.

We require ACLS/BLS, 1–2 years acute care experience, and the ability to handle high-stress situations. This travel assignment spans 18 weeks with 48 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• ASAP start for a travel assignment.
• Travel RN for a PCU position in Omaha, NE for 18 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor and titrate medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Operate and interpret monitoring equipment; respond to changes.
• Collaborate with the care team for patient safety and outcomes.
