Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Operations associate to greet touring guests, qualify visitors, and assist Sales & Marketing with contract administration. You will process gift distributions, manage data entry in reservation systems, reconcile payments, and maintain owner information per PCI standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, administrative support across departments, and precise documentation, with an hourly compensation package and a firm commitment to guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests; assign tours to Sales Agents and share information with Sales & Marketing (15%).
• Provide exceptional customer service; answer phones and guest questions professionally; assist property owners with contracts (10%).
• Distribute premiums to guests after presentations; complete daily gift, tour and contract reconciliation (20%).
• Enter data for tours and gifting into Central Reservations / Epiphany; balance cash, down payments, and site stats for Contract Department (20%).
• File and secure documents per procedures; maintain Property Owner Information per PII and PCI standards (5%).
• Prepare and maintain Timeshare Sales Contracts; support Sales staff; maintain legal documents (20%).
• Provide additional administrative support to internal departments (10%).
• Perform other duties as needed.
