Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation, good driving record, and auto insurance.
• Two-step TB test completed.
• Good computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health care.
• Maintain and update clinical records in EMR during visits.
• Prepare charts prior to patient visits and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, and supply inventory.
• Balance daily production reports and communicate with management.
• Support patient flow and provide exceptional customer service.
