Job summary

360care is seeking a dedicated medical support professional to assist physicians at long term care facilities in audiology, optometry, podiatry and behavioral health settings. You will help maintain clinical records in EMR, prepare charts before visits, and ensure equipment is clean and ready.

The role requires reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 100% of the time to assigned facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Prepare chart prep on scheduled patients prior to visits.
• Maintain and verify clinical records in EMR during patient visits.
• Balance and generate daily production reports for management.
• Ensure medical equipment cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Support scheduling and patient flow during facility visits.
