Job summary

360care is seeking a patient-focused assistant to support physicians in long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health.

You will maintain clinical records in EMR, prepare charts, manage supplies, and assist with patient flow during facility visits. This role requires travel to facilities up to 100% and a valid driver’s license. TB skin test, background check, and HIPAA/PHI compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Two-step TB skin test completed and passed.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) during patient visits.
• Prepare charts and verify accuracy of clinical records and medical history.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; manage inventory and ordering.
• Balance daily production reports and communicate with management.
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with mobility as needed (e.g., wheelchair).
• Travel to assigned facilities up to 100% of the time.
• Comply with HIPAA, PHI, OSHA, and company policies.
