360care seeks a professional to assist physicians at assigned long term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health. You will maintain electronic medical records, prepare charts, and support providers while traveling to facilities as needed.

We require a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a two-step TB test. Strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to follow directions are essential; travel up to 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Must have own reliable transportation and car insurance.
• Must have completed a two-step TB skin test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsabilités

• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Completes chart prep on scheduled patients prior to every visit.
• Verifies and maintains current clinical records through EMR during patient visits.
• Maintains and ensures integrity of all documentation.
• Completes end of visit reports on the day of visit and shares with management.
• Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager.
• Coordinate patient flow during facility visits and assist with mobility as needed.
• Post charges to the appropriate provider in a timely fashion.
