Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking MedTech Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead installation, updates, and service of medical devices across the United States. You will work closely with hospital staff, perform device testing, and document results while traveling regionally and nationally.

The role requires 3–5 years field experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong troubleshooting with MS Office. A valid driver's license and immunization credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service background.
• 3–5 years field service experience in a healthcare/medical device setting.
• Strong problem-solving and remote/troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for local work.
• Ability to pass hospital credentialing and immunization checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, updates, and service on medical devices in hospitals.
• Provide on-site support and communicate with hospital staff.
• Test, document, and record data from product checks after service.
• Travel nationally/regionally with 40+ hours per week commitment.
• Maintain high quality documentation and customer service standards.
