- Minimum one year of charge nurse experience in Med Surg.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Director with daily department operations and staffing.
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure effective use of personnel, equipment, and resources.
- Maintain efficient department operations and patient care standards.
- Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
- Monitor patient care plans and direct necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Support a safe, high-quality, patient-centered care environment.
- Oversee staff performance and unit operations during shift.
