Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Associate in San Francisco to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a 409-unit high-rise community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages to drive occupancy and revenue.

The role emphasizes strong sales, CRM/Yardi proficiency, and delivering excellent resident service. Schedule Wed-Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 9am-5pm, with occasional OT; on-site position with hourly pay

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showings, processing applications, conducting credit checks and background screenings, and preparing lease and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance to address any items; ensure units meet show quality standards.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies for concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.), implement referral and employer outreach programs, and utilize online marketing tools; track results.
• Utilize on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate with maintenance and merchandising; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease renewals and satisfaction, via email, calls, or other communications.
• Support lease renewal activities by preparing renewal letters/packages and scheduling renewals before move-out dates.
