Job summary

BP is seeking a System Support Technician to deliver on-site installation and removal of systems at Travel Center Sites, ensuring production-ready equipment and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Technology and Business stakeholders, read schematics, install low-voltage cabling, PCs, servers, printers, and other devices, and travel up to 80% to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience supporting complex end-user technologies.
• Experience with Windows Server, Azure, Entra, and remote support tooling.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove IT systems on-site at Travel Center Sites.
• Troubleshoot issues, maintain IT equipment, and provide strong customer service.
• Read wiring schematics and install low-voltage cabling and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Technology and Business stakeholders to ensure production readiness.
• Travel up to 80%+ to various sites and maintain compliance with standards.
