Responsibilities

• Drive vision and development of products, features, and capabilities based on customer insight.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve customer experience and claims servicing.
• Project manage critical workstreams and oversee timelines and progress.
• Identify operational issues and drive end-to-end remediation with listening posts.
