Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in partnership management or business development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Previous experience in home lending is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage development and completion of new product method development and related workstreams.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Privacy and Legal to develop successful products.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
• Coordinate with external partners to drive teamwork, transparency and alignment to product vision and goals.
• Optimize the end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Expand product delivery strategy, lead analytics and test-and-learn approaches.
