The Travelers Indemnity Company seeks a Director, Product Management to drive growth and profitability for multiple states and product lines. You will lead cross-functional teams to formulate recommendations based on rate data, trends, and regulatory nuances, and influence senior leaders on strategic product and pricing decisions.

You will manage complex data analyses, guide initiatives, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus analytics experience as described.
• Six years of data/analytical experience in financial services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and lead complex data analysis of business results and product impact.
• Coach and guide teams and project initiatives.
• Develop recommendations to drive growth and profitability with local regulatory context.
• Implement strategic vision and adjust short- and long-term plans.
• Present and influence senior leadership on product/pricing decisions.
