**Required Experience:**- 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty applying for is required. It is preferable for this experience to be within one location but can be combined.- 18 months recent SICU experience is required, travel experience will suffice.**Licensure and Certifications:**- Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at time of submission.- AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Required certifications need to be active and in hand at the time of submission.**Additional Requirements:**- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months and no co-worker references will be accepted.- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.**Other:**- COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine are required, with medical/religious exemptions only.- No license hits or open cases are accepted.- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing a contract.- Candidates may extend for 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required, unless deferred by the client.- Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements; all other travelers must be nicotine-free with a negative drug screen required annually.
