Vascular surgery experience is required and active OB license/compact license in-hand is needed at submission. Per this assignment, you will work with a dedicated U.S.-based recruiter, receive weekly pay, and access benefits typical for travel contracts.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent or experience in the applying specialty.
• Vascular Surgery experience is REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 18 months permanent OR experience REQUIRED.
• Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• Must provide one reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in the applying specialty from assignments worked in the past 12 months (co-worker references will not be accepted).

**Certifications and Assessments:**

• Required certifications need to be ACTIVE and in hand at time of submission; pending certifications will not be accepted.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only).
• Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only).
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation and require an acceptable score.

**Other Requirements:**

• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
• Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements.
• Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start for all other travelers.
• BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
• Extensions possible up to 18 months with a 6-month break required before returning, unless approved by the client.
• 4 hours of pre-start modules are billable; completion of additional module hours pre-start is non-billable.

**Scheduling and Shifts:**

• Day shift, 4-10 hour shifts (7 AM - 5:30 PM).
• 1-2 call shifts per week required.
