Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel assignment in Canton, Ohio. The position runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, 10-hour days.

Job Details

• Facility Specific Job Notes:

• Minimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience.
• Must have 18 months PERM Cath Lab experience.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in circulating, documenting.
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA BLS & ACLS required.
• MUST have Epic experience.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
• Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
• Experience: 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for required (preferred to be within one location but not required).
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
• Required certifications need to be ACTIVE and in hand at the time of submission.
• Facility does not accept any license hits.
• Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. All other travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
• BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive - Must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
• Annual Hands-On Competency Requirement: Nurses on continuous contract for a minimum of 1-year, or who return on contract in the subsequent calendar year, are required to complete Cleveland Clinic Nursing Education Annual Hands-On Competency.
• Modules: Pre-start and annual modules are completed, with annual modules billable for up to 4 hours.
