**Required Experience:**- Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience preferred.- 18 months PERM CVOR experience required.- 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required (preferably within one location but not required).**Certifications:**- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) - current.**Licensure:**- Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission.**References:**- One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.**Qualifications:**- Required certifications need to be ACTIVE and in hand at time of submission.- Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation, with an acceptable score required.- Must not have any license or BG hits; open cases or license hits are not accepted.**Vaccination Requirements:**- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.**Additional Requirements:**- Emergency competencies and annual education modules required.- BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.- Exemption from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements for Nurses and CSTs only; all other travelers must be nicotine-free.
