Slalom is seeking a Senior Director for its Florida Travel & Hospitality practice. You will lead client relationships, set account strategy, and partner with delivery teams to drive transformation and revenue growth.

You will mentor teams, shape solutions across AI, cloud, and analytics, and collaborate with alliance partners to expand Slalom’s presence in the region. 3 days onsite weekly in a hybrid model.

Formación

• 10+ years leading and growing client accounts in consulting or IT services.
• Proven success managing large accounts or portfolios.
• Experience building account plans with sales and delivery leaders.
• Strong negotiation background with NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Executive presence with strong communication and relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and manage a $5-10M+ Travel & Hospitality portfolio.
• Build and deepen executive-level client relationships and drive growth.
• Develop and execute cross-client account strategies.
• Lead proposals, pursuits, negotiations, and deal execution with cross-functional teams.
• Shape and oversee outcome-based solutions addressing client challenges.
