Slalom, LLC is seeking a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation to lead HR transformation engagements from discovery through design and delivery. You will partner with HR leaders on strategy, service models, and governance to design scalable HR processes and optimize payroll/time workflows.

Expertise in HR analytics and workforce planning will support enterprise programs, while you mentor teams and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in HR consulting or HR advisory.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements from discovery through future-state design.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery, and governance.
• Design and optimize core HR processes (hire-to-retire, performance, learning).
• Support HR technology advisory engagements including HRIS vendor selection.
