Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant in the United States to lead end-to-end HR engagements, shaping future-state HR operating models and processes. You will partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery, and governance, ensuring scalable, employee-centric designs across payroll, time, and analytics.

You will influence technology decisions, vendor selections, and post-implementation optimization while driving practice development and client impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR advisory, or a related field.
• Experience leading discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements from strategy to workshops.
• Advising clients on HR service delivery models, org structures, governance.
• Familiarity with HRIS landscape and vendor decisions during technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, time & absence, workforce management, or HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design.
• Support HR function strategy, service delivery model design, and transformation business cases.
• Design and optimize core HR processes—hire-to-retire, performance, learning—with focus on efficiency and experience.
• Advise on HRIS vendor selection and post go-live optimization as voice of the business.
• Contribute to people analytics and strategic workforce planning engagements.
