Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end HR engagements, shaping operating models, process design, and governance for clients in the United States. You will partner with HR leaders to drive strategy, service delivery, and business cases that enable scalable, efficient HR functions.

You will guide HRIS selections, implement readiness, and ensure successful post go-live optimization while contributing to talent analytics, workforce planning, and change management

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years experience in HR consulting or advisory.
• Experience leading discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service model design, and transformation business case.
• Design and optimize hire-to-retire HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Advise HR technology decisions, including HRIS vendor selection and implementation readiness.
• Apply expertise to assess current-state and design future-state HR processes and enablement.
• Contribute to people analytics and strategic workforce planning engagements.
• Build trusted client relationships and expand Slalom's HRT footprint.
• Support practice development, offerings, and go-to-market materials.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and guide adoption and change.
