Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support daily on-site operations, coordination of scheduling, delivery, and documentation across multiple teams.

The role requires collaboration with project team, vendors, and xPL personnel, with heavy 90-100% travel. Candidates should have a degree in construction/engineering and 3+ years in construction or manufacturing, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, supply chain, engineering, or related field with at least 3 years in manufacturing or construction
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work, and schedules
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with collaborative tools
• Ability to travel 90–100% as required by project schedule

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery and schedule with on-site team and vendors
• Manage submittals, transmittals, and RFIs for defined deliverables
• Maintain project documentation systems and records
• Prepare and deliver project reports on schedule, materials, and engineering status
• Support site readiness, logistics, and material handling
• Assist with delay back charges and claims documentation
• Ensure safety and compliance in project deliveries
• Perform other duties as assigned
