Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full life cycle of energy infrastructure projects. You will ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule delivery while exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff and handoff meetings, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, managing costs and invoicing, and maintaining clear communication across teams. Travel up to 80% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering design, project management, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to resolve issues while prioritizing safety and client expectations.
• Construction Management or related technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment through site planning, toolbox talks, and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Lead and document project meetings with stakeholders (Kick-Off, Hand-Off).
• Negotiate and prepare vendor/subcontractor agreements per estimates.
• Evaluate submittals against contract drawings and specs.
• Coordinate QA/QC to meet project requirements.
• Manage project scope with BIM/quality control support.
• Set up project finances including equipment, labor, materials, and subcontracts.
