Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Manager III to lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects from inception to close, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and suppliers, manage risks, and oversee budgets while guiding a team of technical staff. Travel 40-60% is required, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years in project management with integrated teams in engineering/construction/facilities/energy.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical staff.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Experience managing projects with annual revenue > $1M.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team collaboration.
• Strong project management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of engineering projects from planning to closure.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers to set plans, budgets, schedules.
• Track resources, timelines, and budgets; ensure on-time delivery.
• Direct vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Maintain effective client communications and manage expectations.
• Prepare reports on progress, budget, and revenue.
• Participate in RFQ/RFP processes and business development.
• Ensure proper project resourcing and revenue/budget alignment.
