Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full life cycle of complex projects in the energy infrastructure sector. You will ensure safe delivery within budget and schedule while exceeding customer expectations, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

The role requires up to 80% travel to job sites and offices, strong leadership, and hands-on coordination of cost, risk, and quality control across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to resolve issues and motivate others while keeping safety, field and financial performance in focus.
• Influences outcomes by being resourceful and focusing on safety, field and financial performance, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment and lead site planning and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Lead project meetings and document outcomes.
• Negotiate vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control.
• Manage project budget, cost reports, and change management.
• Oversee payables/receivables and scheduling of value.
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning with stakeholders.
