Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of energy infrastructure projects, ensuring safe execution, adherence to budget and schedule, and delivery of high-quality results that meet customer expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical engineering design and/or project management, with strong planning, leadership, and communication skills, and involves up to 80% travel to job sites and offices to coordinate activities and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design, project management, construction or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment through hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Lead and document operational project meetings with appropriate parties.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Evaluate submittals reflecting contract drawings and specs.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Manage project scope coordination with BIM and QA teams.
• Perform financial setup for the project and monitor costs.
• Conduct monthly cost reviews and communicate deviations to leadership.
• Manage accounts receivable and payments to maintain cash flow.
• Obtain lien waivers, notices, permits, and tax documents as needed.
• Oversee change management ensuring budget and scope alignment.
• Coordinate start-up, commissioning, and close-out activities.
