Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Manager I, Project Delivery to oversee delivery projects from initiation through cost control and client alignment. You will manage budgets, subcontractors, and quality outcomes while ensuring safety and adherence to the project plan.

You will work with the project team on scheduling, documentation, and change management, coordinating closely with vendors and the client to meet energy goals and commitments.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates emerging leadership and ability to resolve issues while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning and safety reviews.
• Assist Senior PM and Construction Manager to ensure code and project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budget and GMP/Lump Sum/Concession Agreement delivery.
• Oversee Procore setup for Change Management and Document Control.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor PO's and subcontracts to support milestones.
• Lead project meetings with team, vendors, subcontractors and client.
• Manage and update project schedule with proactive mitigation plans.
• Develop risk logs and maintain strong client relations aligned with energy goals.
• Develop Assistant PMs and support project goals and training.
