Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant who travels up to 75% to support leasing across multiple communities. You will manage leads, tours, and the entire process from inquiry to move-in, delivering a consistently high-quality resident experience.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales and leasing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general sales and customer service experience.
• 2–3 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel up to 75%.
• Experience across multiple locations or markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents across communities.
• Generate leases through tours, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Manage leasing paperwork, CRM tasks, and move-ins with accuracy.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and leadership to achieve occupancy goals.
