LyvWell Apartments is seeking a National Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing performance across several multifamily communities. This role travels up to 75% and partners with onsite teams to manage leads, tours, and move-ins, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is adaptable, and can quickly learn new communities and markets while meeting occupancy and rent-growth goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leasing multifamily properties or similar.
• Ability to work across multiple communities and markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leases by communicating features, pricing, and amenities.
• Conduct tours and close leases with confident, customer-focused approach.
• Manage leads and leasing activity in the CRM from inquiry to move-in.
• Coordinate move-ins and required documentation with onsite teams.
• Travel up to 75% to cover multiple communities as needed.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through proactive leasing strategies.
