BOBST North America in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and install Bobst machinery across the US. The role requires extensive travel and hands-on work with advanced equipment.

You will relocate equipment, provide customer training, troubleshoot issues, and support service centers nationwide. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Field Service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repairs, and installations of Bobst machinery.
• Relocate existing equipment and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Provide customer training and implement productivity improvement programs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions.
• Be on call for after-hours support on a rotating basis.
• Offer technical support to customers, service centers, and technicians.
