Job summary

C.P. Bourg Incorporated is seeking a National Service Technician / Field Service Specialist to install and service our inline and offline finishing systems. You will train operators, provide technical support, and assist customers on-site, with travel across North, South and Central America.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, a valid driver's license and passport, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Solid technical background in electrical and mechanical processes.
• Printing industry/ Digital equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current passport.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and support product installations at customer sites.
• Provide operator and technical training to customers.
• Deliver telephone and on-site escalation support.
• Travel up to 50% to North, South and Central America.
