Job summary

Biesse in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and support our industrial machinery across customer sites. You will apply mechanical and electrical expertise to keep complex systems running and to deliver hands-on service that drives performance.

Travel is 100% with overtime and comprehensive benefits; you will train customer personnel, document service activities, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery and heavy capital equipment.
• Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting to diagnose issues and restore operation.
• Hands-on customer-facing service and training on machinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and support machines at customer sites.
• Perform on-site service interventions and diagnostics to ensure peak performance.
