Job summary

Biesse is seeking a Field Service Technician in the United States to install, maintain, and support advanced machinery at customer sites. You will apply mechanical and electrical knowledge across industries, perform on-site servicing, and train customer representatives on machine operations and maintenance.

The role emphasizes traveling to customer sites, diagnosing issues, and delivering hands-on service that keeps machinery operating at peak performance.

Qualifications

Experience with mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery and heavy capital equipment.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues.
Strong on-site service and collaboration with customers.
Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
Willingness to travel 100%.
