Applicants may reside in North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia, with up to 80% travel and a remote office day on Friday. Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to lead projects through influence and accountability across stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and scheduling capabilities.
• Willingness to travel weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC/CM and subs on Food Lion projects.
• Oversee contracts, purchase orders, and payment processing for Food Lion work.
• Handle change orders, budget monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop phase plans, schedules, milestones, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Operations and other stakeholders.
