• Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract, at manager's discretion
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any facility will be considered local and are not eligible for renewal or extension
• Candidates who have worked at any affiliated facility within the past 12 months must disclose this information
