Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Endoscopy unit in Illinois. Active IL RN license and 2 years of Endoscopy experience are required.

The position offers travel assignments with housing and licensure support. You will work day shifts in a Level 1 trauma center setting, with on-call rotation and occasional cross-campus duties, using Epic EMR. Compensation includes competitive pay, weekly payroll, and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license required at submission
• IA single-state or compact license acceptable (can pend to start)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy experience
• Hospital/medical center experience preferred
• First-time travelers may be considered if they meet experience requirements
• Driver's license required for consideration
• One supervisory reference from within 2 years of employment/contract required

Responsibilities

• Regional Endoscopy Unit setting at a Level 1 trauma center hospital
• Day shift, 4x8 schedule, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• On call required every third week, one night per week, and one holiday
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Uses Epic EMR
• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility for travel rate eligibility
