Job summary

Bridge Point is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for a Task Force assignment at a large, full-service hotel. This role requires strong front desk experience and FOSSE PMS proficiency, with the ability to work independently with minimal training.

The position offers $20.00 per hour with weekly pay, travel expenses covered, and opportunities for additional Task Force assignments. The candidate should excel in guest service, reservations, billing accuracy, and coordinating with housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk Agent experience REQUIRED
• FOSSE PMS experience REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of hotel front desk operations and procedures
• Experience with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest accounts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently with minimal training
• Experience in a large, full-service hotel preferred
• Flexible availability based on hotel needs

Responsibilities

• Perform daily front desk operations and provide excellent guest service
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally
• Process guest payments, reservations, and room assignments
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and room charges
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Communicate with Housekeeping and other hotel departments regarding room status
• Resolve guest issues and escalated concerns to management when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures
• Assist with daily front office operations as needed
• Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience throughout the stay
