The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software platform and provide ongoing training and support. You will travel approximately 80% of the time, meeting dealership management to tailor the system and train key personnel.

When not on site, you will support existing customers, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up from your home office, delivering high-quality service and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Aufgaben

• Help customers convert to Reynolds and Reynolds software and provide training and support throughout the process.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time to customer sites for installation and conversion and training with dealership personnel.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel on use of the solution.
• Support existing customers from home office when not on site, including follow-ups and preparation for upcoming trips.
