Job summary

POSRG in the United States is seeking a Field Technician to travel to customer locations, mainly nationwide, to implement POS, CCTV equipment, and IT network infrastructure. You will install, configure, and verify systems according to provided scripts and customer requirements.

This role involves installation of POS hardware, network cabling, CCTV cameras, self-checkout peripherals, and occasional remodels or new store setups, with regular reporting to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Field service experience
• Ability to install and configure POS hardware
• Experience with CCTV and IT networking setups
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Travel within the United States to customer sites
• Set up and configure POS hardware and peripherals including Wi‑Fi equipment and digital menu boards
• Install network infrastructure including Cat5/6 cabling and IT racks
• Configure IT equipment per customer scripts
• Install Self Checkout lanes and peripherals
• Lead remodels and new store installations
• Maintain communication with your supervisor about assignments
• Complete required reports and documentation
