Job summary

Imperial Supplies LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel across the United States, helping customers organize and optimize maintenance shops. You will install inventory systems, label and stock products, and train users on ordering technology.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and can travel frequently while delivering excellent customer service. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% during scheduled weeks.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Imperial at customer locations, partnering with Sales to organize shops.
• Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.
• Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for workflow.
• Train customers on ordering tech, scanners, apps, and web tools.
