Job summary

Imperial Supplies is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel across the country, installing and organizing inventory systems for customer maintenance shops. You will train customers on ordering tech and build lasting relationships with clients while working Monday through Friday across the United States.

The role suits mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in independent, active shop environments and who can lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• You will be the face of Imperial at customer locations, partnering with our Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops.
• Your work will include: Installing and organizing inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.
• Identifying, labeling, stocking, and optimizing maintenance products for improved workflow.
• Training customers on our ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.
• Traveling Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States while building strong customer relationships.
