Job summary

Imperial Supplies LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to travel nationwide, setting up organized maintenance shops and training customers on ordering technology. You will work from customer sites, supporting sales teams, and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently and in active shop environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups at customer sites.
• Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for better workflow.
• Train customers on ordering tech, scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.
• Travel Monday through Friday to customer locations across the United States.
