Job summary

Imperial Supplies LLC, a Grainger Company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel nationwide and support customer maintenance shops. You will install inventory systems, train customers on ordering tools, and build strong relationships across the country.

The job requires mechanical aptitude, willingness to travel up to 90% of scheduled weeks, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay with benefits starts Day One and includes 18 PTO days and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Imperial at customer locations, coordinating with Sales to organize efficient shops.
• Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.
• Train customers on ordering technology, scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.
• Travel Monday through Friday to customer sites across the United States.
