Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is seeking a Field Service Technician who will travel across the United States to install and organize maintenance shop inventories, train customers on ordering technology, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups at customer locations.
• Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for improved workflow.
• Train customers on ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.
• Travel Monday through Friday to customer locations across the United States, building strong relationships.
