Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Expense PCard Analyst to support the Employee Payables team in ensuring accurate, compliant expense reporting andPayable processing. You will perform audits, investigate flagged items, and assist with system operations in EOL and Ivalua, while maintaining strong customer service for internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes analytical review, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams to enhance process efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts or expense payable experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve flagged items identified by Oversight AI during audits.
• Respond to expense and P-Card inquiries escalated from the Delivery Hub.
• Perform specialized audits for reports flagged by AP tools.
• Review status of EOL and Ivalua system operations and grant access requests.
• Audit and review cash advance requests and clearing.
• Manage ACH returns and reissues.
• Produce audit documentation.
• Monitor reports and take action on findings.
• Participate in projects to improve T&E and P-Card efficiency.
