Qualifications

• Experience formulating and implementing department-wide travel card policies.
• Ability to analyze policy impacts and align guidance with DoD/OMB directives.
• Proven capability in surveillance, analytics, and risk assessment for program integrity.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, design, and implement travel card policies and procedures.
• Use predictive policy analysis to align DoW regulations with directives while reducing redundancies.
• Lead FWA surveillance and anomaly-detection for card usage to safeguard funds.
• Support audits and inspections; ensure compliance with DoD FMR and DoW GTCC rules.
• Develop predictive models and data visualizations to aid leadership decisions.
• Coordinate with agency leadership, APCs, and financial institutions for program success.
• Monitor interfaces between the Travel Card Program and external systems (DTS, payroll).
• Negotiate improvements and drive training architecture to enable efficiency.
