Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Temporary Travel and Expense Analyst for a 90-day contract. This fully remote role reports to the Sr. Manager of Accounting Operations and focuses on T&E reimbursement, policy compliance, and cost analysis.

You will interact with stakeholders and contribute to internal controls and dashboards to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 2–4 years' experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with G/L and A/P processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2-4 years of accounting-related work experience with exposure to T&E analysis.
• Experience in general accounting duties, reconciliations, A/P, payroll and general ledger.
• Intermediate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate T&E reimbursements and expenses.
• Book month-end accruals for T&E expenses and prepare account analyses.
• Provide data analytics on expenses and spend trends to drive decisions.
• Support reimbursement program administration and related expenses approvals.
• Develop training materials and support internal stakeholders.
