Job summary

TekStream Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst / Expense Analyst for a 6+ month contract in Norfolk, VA, with 2–3 days per week onsite.

As a member of the Employee Payables Team, you will perform administrative, analytical, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including expense reports, adjustment vouchers, employee training, and compliance. U.S. citizenship is required for this facility.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required due to facility access.
• Experience with accounts payable and expense auditing is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve flagged items identified by the Oversight AI tool during audits.
• Perform specialized audits for various reports flagged by AP tools.
• Respond to expense related inquiries escalated from the Delivery Hub.
• Analyze data generated from audits to identify patterns, potential issues, and areas for process improvement.
• Participate in projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of T&E and P-Card systems.

Role Overview

As a member of the Employee Payables Team, you will perform administrative, analytical, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including expense reports, adjustment vouchers, employee training and support, specialized reporting, travel advances and management, compliance and policy enforcement, communication, and documentation. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
